Curious about life in sales at Bring! Labs? In our interview with Sabrina, Key Account Manager FMCG Advertising, we dive into her daily tasks, the team spirit, and her advice for sales professionals seeking a new challenge.
Sabrina: My workday as a Key Account Manager is very diverse. Primarily, I focus on existing clients, with whom I build close and long-term relationships. This involves communication with both marketing agencies and the clients themselves. Additionally, I work on convincing and acquiring new brands for Bring!.
My day usually starts with phone calls and emails in the morning, as my contacts are most reachable at that time. I also collaborate with Ad Operations to review ongoing campaigns and coordinate optimizations with the clients. Client meetings, mostly via video calls, are also part of my day, and occasionally, there’s a lunch with an agency or clients. Before the day truly kicks off, we have a 15-minute team meeting to update each other.
In short, I spend the entire day interacting with various people, both internally and externally.
Sabrina: I’m a bit of an advertising victim when it comes to FMCG (laughs). I love trying out new products, and I always find it exciting to learn about product launches before they hit the market. It’s also motivating to work with advertising partners whose products you know and appreciate. This makes you even more committed to placing these products in the best possible way and supporting their growth.
Sabrina: The collaboration within the team and with other departments at Bring! Labs is excellent. It feels like one big family. Everyone is helpful, easily reachable, and truly lives the team spirit!
Sabrina: We maintain open communication, and you can express your desire to develop further at any time. Additionally, there are many relevant training sessions and workshops that Bring! Labs actively offers and promotes. From the start, the onboarding process is efficiently structured, so you quickly get acquainted with all the processes and products. I never felt like I was on my own; instead, I felt well-supported and welcomed from day one.
Sabrina: If you enjoy working in a team, celebrating successes together, crave a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and want to put your communication skills to good use, then Bring! Labs is the perfect place for you!
