Bonne Maman & Bring!: Exclusive Marketing Campaign with Sponsored Product Flavors


The purchase planning phase plays an enormously essential role in consumers' purchasing decisions. The jam and marmalade manufacturer Bonne Maman knows this too! That's why the long-established French company has been working for some time with the shopping app Bring!, which offers an innovative ad platform for FMCG brands and retailers.

Bonne Maman takes care in the manufacture of its products to use only ripe and hand-picked fruits to ensure high quality. 

The company's product range is diverse: from jams and jellies to desserts and delicious pastries. The recipes used in these products are passed down from generation to generation and are also developed further to guarantee the quality already mentioned. Tradition & quality needs a special advertising format

 
In order to sustainably increase sales of its jams and jellies at the POS and to anchor the brand in the minds of customers, the jam manufacturer has been working with the Bring! ad platform for some time now. "With Bring! we reach consumers exactly when it is most effective, namely when they decide what they want to buy," says Martine Roth, Brand Manager at Bonne Maman, "This allows us to advertise in a targeted and pinpoint manner, which perfectly complements the other marketing measures."

Sponsored Product Flavors for more Brand Awareness

In the course of this, Bonne Maman was one of the first customers to test the new ad format Sponsored Product Flavors. In a campaign launched in mid-March, Sponsored Product Flavors complement other Bring! ad formats such as Sponsored Product, the signature format of the Bring! ad platform. The products are integrated natively and can be found by users via keywords in the catalog as well as via the search function and added to the shopping list. 

What is special about the Sponsored Product Flavors is that when the user clicks on the product, the brand world opens up, displaying the entire product range of a brand. The selected product variant, in this case the specific flavor of the jams, is then also specified on the shopping list. An additional benefit is the integration of product real images, which are mapped by the Sponsored Product Flavors alongside the natively integrated product tiles.


The success of the marketing campaign can be confirmed: "With the new Sponsored Product Flavors format, we can now bring our product world closer to potential customers as directly as never before. For a targeted customer approach, Bring! is a perfect channel for us," describes Martine Roth, Brand Manager at Bonne Maman.
