How can I change my password?

You can change your password in profile > settings > change password. Please note that this is only possible in the smartphone app.

I forgot my password.

Upon logging in you will find the option “Forgot your password?”. A new password will be sent to you by email. In case you do not receive an email from us, please check your spam folder. If it’s not in there, please write an email to feedback@getbring.com stating the email address you are using Bring! with and we will set a new password for you.

I have a new email address.

You can change the email address you’re using Bring! with in profile > settings > your profile.

I have a new phone and would like to access my old Bring! lists.

Download the Bring! App from the store and log in over one of the four options (Facebook, Google, Apple Sign-in or email) with the same email address you used before. Your lists will then be displayed again.

Can I use Bring! on multiple devices?

Sure. You can log into Bring! on multiple devices with the same account.

I would like to delete my Bring! account.

You can delete your account via "Profile" > "More Settings" > "Delete User Account".

How do I change the language in Bring!?

The language of the app interface is set according to your phone language and can only be changed by changing the phone language settings. You can, however, choose any item catalogue in Bring! in profile > settings > item catalogue.

How do I switch on/off the automatic notifications?

You can manage push notifications in Bring! in your profile under "More Settings" > "Notifications". For automatic messages to work when changes occur, the "Automatic Notification on Changes" option must be activated by all list participants.

Why can I not switch the badge count on?

To be able to activate the badge count, permission needs to be given to Bring! in your device settings first. You can do that in Settings > Bring! > Notifications > Badge App Icon.

What does the Display & Pocket lock function do?

This function prevents your phone from going to sleep mode when using Bring!. In addition to that, your screen will be locked automatically when using Bring! and putting your phone in your pocket. Your screen will be unlocked automatically when taking the phone out of your pocket again.

Why does Bring! want access to my contacts?

You can grant Bring! access to your contacts to make sending invitations to share your list quicker. You can then directly select people from your contacts. However, you can use all Bring! functions even if you don’t grant Bring! access to your contacts.

Why does Bring! want access to my location?

In the “Offers” tab (CH, DE, AT, FR only) you will find relevant catalogues which are selected based on your location. This ensures that you can actually find the deals offered in the catalogues in the stores near you.

Is it possible to create a Family Account as a Premium user, where each family member can use Premium on their smartphone?

A Family Premium Account is not available at the moment.

How can I delete my profile picture?

The profile picture can't be completely deleted at this time.

How do I change the language in Bring!?

The app's language is determined by your phone's language settings and can only be changed by modifying these. However, you can choose any item catalog for your lists under "Profile" > "Settings" > "Item Catalog".
