If nothing else helps

Items are not being synchronized to other participants.

Please check if the invitation to share the list has already been accepted. Also check that on all list participants phones mobile data usage and notifications are enabled for Bring! in the device settings. You can also synchronize the list manually by pulling down on the list screen.

After an update my lists are suddenly all doubled.

You can solve this problem by logging out (profile > settings > log out) and back in. In case you don’t remember your password for Bring!, please change it before logging out. You can then log back in with the same Bring! account.

My Apple Watch says “Please set up Bring! on your phone first”.

Reboot both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. In case that does not help, please move Bring! to the dock of your Apple Watch.

I cannot find the Watch App or the Watch App is downloaded but I can’t find the app on my Apple Watch.

You can only download the Watch App over the App Store on the Apple Watch itself. The App Store has the same symbol as it has on the iPhone and you should find the app if you search for Bring! Not that you WatchOS 6 or newer has to run on your watch for the app to work.

The Apple Watch is not synchronized with the smartphone app.

Please make sure you used the same login method and the same email address to log in. If you did, both devices should synchronize automatically. If this is not the case, please contact us.

How do I sign in to the Apple Watch with my Google/Facebook account?

To log in with your Google or Facebook account you need to open the app on your iPhone and go to profile > settings > change password. There you have to enter the password you usually use for this account. Afterwards you can log in on your watch with this password and the email address associated to your google account.

I cannot send any notifications.

Check if the list participant has accepted the invitation to share the list and if notifications are enabled under "Profile" > "More Settings" > "Permissions". Additionally, notifications and mobile data for Bring! must be activated in the phone settings of all list participants.

The badge count switches off automatically.

In case you are using Bring! on multiple Apple devices, please check if the badge count settings are the same on all devices. To be able to activate the badge count, permission needs to be given to Bring! in your device settings first.

Bring! crashes.

Delete Bring! and reinstall it from the store. You can log back in with your account and your lists will not be lost.
