Roles and Responsibilities

Our sales teams are organized by country – Switzerland, Germany, and Austria – and further divided into Retail and FMCG Advertising. This structure allows us to tailor our consulting services to meet the specific needs of our clients, whether they are retailers or brands.

The responsibilities of a (Key) Account Manager encompass every stage of the sales cycle, beginning with lead generation and extending through to reporting analysis and customer support. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience.

As a (Key) Account Managers you will help retailers and brands maximize their success by combining your expertise in digital marketing with a deep understanding of shopping behavior.

Lead Generation and Initial Sales

Reaching out to potential new clients and closing new deals.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations

Delivering sales presentations and negotiating contracts.

Customer Relationship Management

Building long-term relationships with clients and further developing campaigns.

Bring! Labs Sales Cycle

Your daily tasks include preparing compelling presentations, making sales calls and conducting client visits. You'll also engage in workshops and strategy meetings, and dedicate time to analyze campaign performance reports. Additionally, you'll attend trade fairs and enhance your skills through ongoing training in our Sales Academy.

FAQ – Working in Sales

What kind of experience is required?
We’re looking for candidates with experience in sales, ideally within digital marketing or advertising. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple accounts are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools and a track record of meeting sales targets is also highly valued.
Which other teams am I mainly working with?
You will be mainly working with the Ad Operations team for campaign management and reportings. Additionally you regularly work with the B2B Marketing team for trade shows, promotions and creating content (e.g. success stories) and the Product team for further development of our advertising solutions.
How much of the role focuses on initial sales versus customer relationship management?
While initial sales (including cold calling) is a vital part of every sales role, our approach focuses on building meaningful, long-term relationships. You’ll also work with warm leads and existing clients, where your goal will be to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Are client meetings online or in-person?
We prioritize meeting customers on-site whenever possible, as personal interaction with our partners is very important to us. While digital meetings are also part of the mix, our focus is on building relationships through face-to-face visits.
Who are my typical contacts? What are their roles?
You’ll engage with C-level executives, marketing directors, brand managers, and heads of digital or media in the FMCG and retail sectors. These decision-makers are responsible for their companies' marketing strategies, and you play a crucial role in helping them achieve their goals.
